Ann Coulter was mocked mercilessly at Rob Lowe’s roast
On Saturday night “The Comedy Central Roast” of Rob Lowe took place and it seems the hardest hit was not the actor being roasted but soulless conservative monster Ann Coulter. You may have a few questions right up front about all of this so I’ll do my best to answer them right now. Yes, Comedy Central still does roasts. Yes, Ann Coulter was a presenter at Rob Lowe’s. Yes, recording artist Jewel was also on the list. No, I don’t know why literally any of this happened. It will air on Labor Day.
Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s bask in some schadenfreude. While it’s typical for pretty much everyone in attendance to be insulted at some point, it seems Coulter dealt with more than just some good-natured jabbing.
Pete Davidson of “SNL” flat out called her a “racist cunt.” He also asked “If you are here, Ann, who is scaring the crows away from our crops?” which is good, sure, but not nearly as biting as “racist cunt.”
Jewel, in what sounds like a response to Davidson stated “I do want to say as a feminist that I can’t support everything that’s been said tonight. But as someone who hates Ann Coulter, I’m delighted.” Once again, I’m really not sure why Jewel was there. To my knowledge she is not known for her comedic abilities or sharp insults.
British comedian Jimmy Carr also had some harsh words for Coulter. “Ann is one of the most repugnant, hateful, hatchet-face bitches alive,” he said. “It’s not too late to change, Ann. You could kill yourself.”
Recently retired NFL quarterback Peyton Manning also got in on the fun. “I’m not the only athlete up here,” Manning said. “As you know earlier this year, Ann Coulter won the Kentucky Derby.” Manning was also photographed being shuttled to the event with Coulter on a golf cart. The photo speaks for itself:
Peyton expressing how we all feel about @AnnCoulter
When it was Coulter’s time to talk the crowd booed her, which is kind of what she lives for, sadly.
